We partner with organisations such as BAFTA, KOKO, The Olivier Awards, The Old Vic, The Jamal Edwards Self-Belief Trust and The Women Of The Year Awards to help them achieve their impact goals.

We are champions of new talent and work to create opportunities for those trying to thrive and survive in the industry. From The Female Film Force, an initiative to re-address the gender imbalance within the industry, to the Netflix Documentary Talent Fund, an opportunity for under-represented filmmakers, we are passionate about supporting and growing a WDM Entertainment network of upcoming talent.

In June 2023, the company announced a core mission to support new talent with a pledge to invest at least 10% of its net profits into talent development initiatives to support marginalised voices in the industry.
