In June 2023, we announced a core mission to support new talent with a pledge to invest at least 10% of our net profits into talent development initiatives to support marginalised voices in the industry.

We listen, learn, and collaborate with industry leaders, emerging talents and our amazing clients to understand the evolving needs of the entertainment world. This collaborative spirit is central to all of our initiatives, ensuring they are impactful and reflective of the diverse voices that shape our industry.

From the Female Film Force in collaboration with Bumble, to The Netflix Documentary Talent Fund, The Little Chick Emerging Writers Retreat to the Future Producers Lab in association with Hatch Films - We are committed to nurturing talent by creating impactful opportunities.
